I was first introduced to Judy Natal’s work when my college professor invited her to come sit in on one of our classes. She was living at the Biosphere 2 outside Tucson at the time, participating in an artist-in-residencies program she helped found. She gave our class a sneak peek of what she was working on, which turned out to be her series, Astral Projections, in its very early stages. I recently stumbled back into her website and was so happy to find new work. Her work explores the environment, harmful industrial impact and the impending future.

Read about Judy Natal’s work from when she lives in the Biosphere 2 in Arizona here.
